Regina Mulready – Executive Director
Regina is responsible for the day to day oversight of our organisation. The success of of Six West’s client solutions lead to a successful Six West, and this is her mantra.
Having grown up on the West Coast of Ireland, Regina moved to Dublin to begin her career with an Irish ACMI operation, living and working across Europe and North Africa. She has extensive experience with aviation personnel recruitment, management, training and flight operations on a wide range of commercial aircraft.
Regina successfully transitioned into the Real Estate industry and worked with a number of high end agencies in Ireland and abroad for over eight years. During this time, she refined her skills in business development, client care and account management.
Prior to joining Six West, Regina spent almost a decade as a Director of a Scandinavian Health and Fitness Organisation where she served as the prime consultant and company face for Europe, based in Dublin. She was responsible for business development, partner, client relations, staff training and was most fulfilled when helping entrepreneurs to grow professionally.
Regina’s natural ability to nurture quality relationships and bring out the best in people around her has led to long term solutions and success, driving growth across Europe and The Middle East. She is a vital member of the Six West leadership team and is jointly responsible in our efforts to establish Six West as an Industry leader in the provision of quality aviation services to our client portfolio.

Matthew Gee – Director of Operations
Originally from the United Kingdom, Matthew has worked within the Aviation Industry for over 20 years. Matthew’s interest in aviation started at grass roots level in the General Aviation sector, where he gained a fundamental knowledge of the Industry, an appreciation for time critical and ad-hoc flying operations along with an appreciation of the importance of working with talented team members. He transitioned easily into the Commercial Aviation sector where he worked within the Operations Control department for a 45-aircraft fleet charter airline based in the UK, flying world-wide operations.
In 2006, Matthew relocated to Ireland, where he assumed the responsibilities of Operations Controller for a well known regional airline; before moving to a large flag carrier working within their Operations Control Department.
In 2014 Matthew carried his experience and niche skill set into the aircraft leasing sector. Working for a large aviation service provider in Ireland he accepted a key position, heading up their Ferry Flight Department providing Services to aircraft lessors, banks, financial institutions and airlines. Matthew has earned a reputation as a reliable, trustworthy and hardworking partner amongst those who have utilized his services.
As the Six West Director of Operations, based in our Dublin office, Matthew is also an Accountable Manager and responsible for the oversight, development and growth of the companies client portfolio through the provision of high quality Ferry Flight and Aviation Support services to the Industries lessors, airlines, operators and business jet sectors. He maintains responsibility for the management of the companies flying activities, including air safety, regulatory oversight and assuring the team at Six West continually delivers its high-quality service to its clients.
